We are an online education and coaching company based in Orlando, FL that creates training programs for people wanting to enter the Software Testing field.
Why are you charging me?
The charge is for one of our coaching programs, such as Automation Made Easy, or one of our online courses, such as Java For Beginners.
Doesn’t ring a bell?
If the product names above don’t ring a bell, it’s possible that your business partner or significant other purchased one of our products. We’ve found that 95% of the time, the confusion arises from another authorized card user signed up for the product.
Can I get an invoice for the charges?
Every time we bill you, we send an invoice to the email address you (or your partner) provided when you/they signed up. If you need a receipt, we can always send you one–just email support@automateNow.io.
Can I get a refund?
It depends on what program was purchased. Each of our programs has a unique refund policy. You can always email support@automateNow.io to inquire about the refund policy for the program that was purchased.
